Craig Marlatt Evangelistic Association is committed to the unity of the Body of Christ and is not associated with any denomination, except by love of the brethren and a commitment to adhere to the teachings of the Bible as a way of understanding the will of God for all humanity. Understanding that the Church of Jesus Christ is made up from many different races, cultures and peoples, joined by our common faith in, and obedience to God, as revealed in the Holy Scriptures of the Bible, we teach the same. 1 Corinthians 12:12 say’s, “For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.” And again, recognizing the diversity of ministry gifts in God’s Church, “But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.” (1 Cor. 12:11)
For this reason we recognize our duty and commitment to God to honor and serve all true believers wherever opportunity or need arises, and whenever our help is possible. Also to reach out to and serve those who are outside of the family of believers, so as to represent Christ on the earth as He instructed saying,“Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. “ (Mt. 25:40)
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming again to bring final and victorious redemption to his people, and to judge the disobedient that have rejected his love and efficacious sacrifice on the Cross where He died to pay for their sins nearly 2000 years ago. By this act of divine obedience He has overcome all of the enemies of man and God, reversing the effect of spiritual death brought upon creation through the disobedience of our first parents, Adam and Eve.
By offering this free gift of Salvation to anyone who will come to Him, Jesus Christ is justified in rejecting those who do not believe, seeing that He has accomplished all that was required by God’s righteousness for payment of sin, and offered it freely to whoever will repent of their sins and turn to God through Jesus Christ. Wherefore He says, “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.” (John 3:15), and again, “And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.” (Rev 22:17)
This is the Gospel of Christ of which we believe and teach, and there is no other put forth in the Scripture as declared the Holy
Apostles and believers past who have gone before and now await the final redemption of God’s Holy family into eternal bliss in the
